Meet Our Chief Alchemist

Leslie’s passion for events and communication was sparked early... thanks to her mom, who handed her a clipboard and put her in charge of vendor logistics at a wedding expo. From coordinating power cords to managing booth setups, she quickly discovered a natural knack for operations and relationship building.

Her academic journey led her through studies in Industrial Engineering & Technology as well as Business Administration & Management. After exploring various roles, one common thread kept pulling her back: a deep-rooted love for connecting people and orchestrating exceptional experiences.

Since moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2014, Leslie has made her mark in the tech industry, driving operational strategies and scaling event programs for companies ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises. Her portfolio includes household names like Time Warner/Charter Communications, Microsoft, Samsung, and Paramount, along with several startups that went on to successful acquisitions.

Outside of work, Leslie is a self-taught culinary enthusiast and holds a certification in nutrition from Cornell University. She’s an avid traveler, honoring a personal promise to visit a new country each year... always signing up for a local cooking class to bring new flavors and techniques back to her kitchen.

Now based in Ventura County, Leslie splits her time between the West Coast and the East Coast, enjoying visits with family in New Jersey and the Carolinas. When she’s not exploring LA’s vibrant food scene or enjoying being out in the beautiful Southern California weather, you can find her relaxing with her dog and working through her ever-growing TBR list.
